WE PROCESS ALMOST ALL THERMOPLASTICS
There are different families of thermoplastics with a good number of variations within each.
These variations may result from the combination of polymers or the addition of reinforcement products (for example fibres) or agents adding special characteristics (lubricant, conductivity, etc.).
Our facilities allow us to process almost all thermoplastic materials; here we mention only the materials that are commonly used for us.
The list is organized by frequency of use in our workshops.
PA: Polyamide
We use almost all polyamides:
– polyamide 6
– polyamide 6.6
– polyamide 11
– polyamide 12
– polyphtalamide based declinations
with their various charges, reinforcements or additives
POM: polyacetal or polyoxymethylene
PBT: butylene polyterephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate
PP: polypropylene
PE: polyethylene
PS: polystyrene
PC: polycarbonate
ABS: Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene
PEI: polyetherimide
SAN: Styrene Acrylonitrile
We are particularly specialized in the production of technical parts and frequently use some of the above materials in their «high performance» version.
